534 Ratio GWR Goods Shed. The essential item for all stations until recently was a goods shed. Often, they were accompanied by a loading gauge (411) and cattle dock (502). Inside, 'dry' goods were transferred to raod vehicles waiting at the laoding platform. The shed usually had a crane (531) or hoist (543) inside, whilst palletts and sacks (514) were often found left lying about. The model represents a stone shed with sliding doors, loading bay and skylights. Size; 155 x 170mm
