Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• address
• phone number
• email address
• credit/debit card details

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should email us using the online contact form. Order details will be deleted from our secure server after each order is complete – no personal or payment details will be retained on a permanent basis.

Security Policy

All order details submitted through this site are processed through and held on a secure server. All website content is held in a secure, password protected database, and accessed solely by authorised personnel.

Cancellations and Returns

Customers have a right to cancel their order from the date of the contract and up to 14 working days, starting from the day after they receive the goods. Money received will be returned within 30 days of the cancellation. The consumer may have to pay the cost of returning the goods.

Deliveries

Except for items that are advance orders, goods will be delivered within 30 days, although usually much sooner. If this proves for whatever reason not to be possible, the customer will be informed immediately, and offered a full refund.

Orders placed online for 'out of stock' or new items yet to be released, which cannot be guaranteed to be supplied within 28 days, are charged at the time of the online order and then refunded and the items placed on back order. You will be charged again for the items once they are either imminent or in stock. If you wish to place a pre order for 'out of stock' or new items yet to be released without your card being charged and refunded then please ring us on 01209 714099 to place an order then we will not charge until ready to despatch, but you still need to provide your payment details.

The £250 post free offer to UK addresses is applicable to the value of the order at the time of despatch.  So, for example, if you place an order for 10 x new wagons at £26 each, all of which arrive at different times over several months, the value at time of despatch would be below £200 so each despatch would attract the current postage rate.
