This versatile kit includes the materials needed to build various types of structures on a flat, landscaped surface with roads and/or paths. Step-by-step instructions show students how to make two distinct building types that include various building techniques, such as how to create various roof and siding textures. Patterns can be applied to building an endless number of other structures. Students learn different types of painting tips and techniques. The instructions walk through how to use several types of scenery materials and apply a variety of techniques to model the landscape.
