The pavilion kit is a "mixed media" kit, consisting of wooden parts for the main structure, plus plastic windows, doors and roof. The walls need painting, but the plastic parts could be left as they are, if desired. It is an easy-assemble kit, and rewards the modeller with a characterful building that would look lovely in the corner of the layout
