R070 Hornby Electric Turntable. Diameter 382mm. The turntable is designed to operate with the Standard Controller R965. Drive the locomotive onto the turntable, then switch the power from the track to the turntable via the R046 Switch (supplied with the set). Your speed controller now controls the rotation of the turntable.

Note if you are using the HM2000 or other make of controller then the turntable must be powered from the uncontrolled DC output with an R047 On-Off Lever Switch, not from the speed controller output.

The set includes eight access track sections and wiring. You can add or subtract further tracks to suit, up to a maximum of fourteen, using X918NS Hornby Spare Outlet Track.
