It is such a delightful and eye-catching vehicle which is as irresistible as the ice cream! The frothy bright pink body with black trim is just covered with a mass of pastel shades including the signature Tonibell cow, with her famous bell collar, as she appears on all sides of the van. Ice cream cones top the front of the roof and the side hatch promotes all the delicious varieties on offer.

The Whitby Company set up business in 1962 and acquired the Morrison Industries Electrofreeze company in 1989, to be morphed into Whitby Morrison Mondial. Their worldwide market in ice cream vans spans over 50 countries, all from their Cheshire base, which is still family owned.

The sight and sound of an ice cream van always heralds the UK summer and the latest introduction is a sure sign of the season to come!
