NCAP003 Oxford Diecast Ford Capri Mk3 Diamond White

Oxford say "This cult car from the 1980s has not lost its appeal after all these years and is still classed as one of the iconic motors of the era.  Ford introduced the Laser Capri in 1984, superseding the previous variants, with the exception of the 2.8 injection car, which also features in the Oxford series.  The Mk3 was available with 1.6 and 2.0L engines with associated mechanical upgrade and cosmetic enhancements inside and out. A 5-speed gearbox was an optional extra.

Released previously in 1:76 scale in the same colourway, our N scale Ford Capri Mk 3 Laser 2.0L in Diamond White is an exact replica in every way. It also incorporates many of the features of the ‘real thing’ such as spoked wheels, body coloured door mirrors and headlamp surrounds.  Our 1:148 model is decorated in pure white, including the radiator grille and features the Laser logo printed in red across the boot and behind the front  wheel arch.  A bold black double stripe runs along each side of the body and the blue and white Ford badge is embedded into the radiator grille and also printed on the boot.
