TT6034 Hornby TTA Tanker Shell-BP

The TTA Tank Wagon in Shell-BP livery brings a touch of classic fuel transport to your TT:120 layout. Featuring a plain grey tank with the iconic Shell-BP dual branding, this model replicates the look of real-world fuel wagons used across the rail network. The fleet number 501 adds authenticity, while fine detailing make it a standout addition to any freight collection.

The TTA tank wagons were introduced by BR in the 1960s, with 1000s built to replace ageing tank wagons of smaller capacity that it had inherited from private-owner fleets. Used to transport oil and petroleum products, they were still being built into the 1970s, with the last remaining in service until the early 2000s. This TTA tanker has a plain grey tank with classic Shell-BP dual branding and has the fleet number 501.
