KMRC announce second Exclusive TT:120 Gauge seven plank open wagon in the livery of Helston Gas Company.

We announce our second Exclusive TT:120 Gauge seven plank open wagon in the livery of Helston Gas Company Number 30.

The Helston Gas Company operated a fleet of 5 wagons, numbered 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 to give the impression of a much larger fleet!

The Kernow Model Rail Centre Exclusive model in TT:120 Gauge is being produced for KMRC by PECO Ltd. The model is based on their standard RCH1923 9ft wheel base seven plank open wagon with fine plastic moulding with thinner wagon body walls for accuracy, interior detail, separately fitted brake lever, brake shoes in line with the free-running metal-tyred spoked wheels. A standard (removable NEM355) TT:120 coupler is fitted compatible with other TT:120 rolling stock on the market.

The Exclusive model is priced at £21.99 and is available now online and from both Kernow Model Rail Centre branches.

Greg Edwards, Camborne Branch Manager said: “I am pleased that we can announce our second Exclusive TT:120 scale local private owner wagon, Helston Gas Company.” Greg continued: “This adds to the ever-growing range of TT:120 scale models on the market, and the Helston Gas Company was an obvious choice for us following the Exclusive version of this wagon that we have already produced in 00 gauge.”
