The Leyland Royal Tiger from the 1950s era is already in Oxford’s 1:76 scale bus series and this lovely bright red and cream paint scheme of the North Western Road Car Company has been a colourful part of it. Now, for the pleasure of our small scale modellers, we are very pleased to include the same colour scheme for the latest 1:148 scale release on the classic Leyland Royal Tiger Coach. In real life, the coach was manufactured by Leyland between 1950 and 1954 and their successful design was adopted by many coach companies up and down the country.

Our 1:148 scale model, travelling to London according to the destination board is registered FDB 603. It will add another route to your N scale Leyland Tiger coach fleet, too. Interior seating is red while the exterior includes red wheels, lots of chrome work, gold company lettering and the detailed Leyland Tiger marque on the front of the coach beneath the split windscreen.
