Reinstatement of shipments to the USA

We are pleased to announced the reinstatement of shipments to the USA.

Due to changing import and tariff charges brought in by the current USA administration we are only able to send parcels to the USA via DHL and these will be "Delivery Duty Unpaid".

The changing rules mean that from the 29th August 2025, the $800 Duty free De Minimus threshold has been suspended. The result of this is that all imports to the USA will be subject to a tariff of at least 10%, depending on the country of origin of each individual item ordered, with a minimum charge of £80 per shipment.

Our USA customers should be aware that the import tariff and duty will need to be paid by them prior to the parcel being delivered. You will receive the costs of this direct from DHL and your payment will be made to DHL before they will release your parcel. Please note we have no control whatsoever over the duties imposed by the USA administration.
