TLU Seep by Gaugemaster OO/HO Tension Lock Uncoupler. This is designed to be fitted under the baseboard of a layout and can uncouple many types of standard couplings without modification. It simply lifts a ramp between the rail when a current is passed through it which falls back into place when turned off.

Requires 12 to 25 volt A.C or D.C at 1.5 amps.
