Suspension of shipments to the USA with immediate effect

It is with regret that we advise that due to changing import and tariff charges being brought in by the current USA administration we are temporarily suspending all shipments to USA delivery addresses with immediate effect.

The changing rules mean that from the 29th August 2025, the $800 Duty free De Minimus threshold is being suspended. The result of this is that all imports to the USA will be subject to a tariff of at least 10%, with a minimum charge of £80 per shipment.

We apologise to our valued customers in the USA for this temporary suspension and inconvenience, that will remain in place until we receive clarification on new potential new processes / duty payment methods from our delivery partners.
