The Loyalty Account is our way of thanking you for your custom. It is free to join and simply watch the points grow as you make your purchases!

How does it work?

Every time you make a purchase through your loyalty account, a point is awarded for each pound that you spend.  For example spend £1 and receive 1 point, spend £53 and receive 53 points.  Each point is worth 1p of loyalty credit.  Once you have reached 500 points this is automatically converted to a loyalty credit.  You can spend this credit immediately or you can continue to collect points and let your credit build.  Please note that points are not awarded for postal charges.

Who is eligible?

The Loyalty Account is available to all UK residents.

How do I apply?

Existing customers can apply in store, by telephone, by fax or by email. All you need to do is contact us by one of these methods and give us your name, address and postcode and ask us to set up the loyalty account. If you regularly order through our website then just put a message in the customer message field when you place your order asking us to set up your loyalty account. It only takes us a few seconds and you can start receiving points immediately.

How do I know how many points I have?

Each time you make a purchase your receipt will show how many points you have. It will also show how much credit you have received. You can also contact us to ask for a current points and credit balance.

How do I spend my credit?

In store when you make a purchase the member of staff will ask if you wish to spend your credit.

On line at the checkout stage the website will offer the use of your credit. You do not have to use the credit if you prefer to let this build up.
