Peco say ""Expanding on the appeal of modelling in OO-9, and especially the Ffestiniog Railway, we are developing a series of kits to support this trend.
We begin with the release of this kit, a station building based on Tan-y-Bwlch. This attractive, single-story building nicely complements the current PECO Great Little Trains series of FR-inspired rolling stock. Plus the new arrival of the latest batch of England locomotives will be keeping the Ffestiniog Railway at the forefront of many modellers' minds at the moment. The kits features some very fine detailing, such as the combination of textured slate and shingle-type roof plus the ribbed wall sides, replicating the simple, rustic nature of the building. It may be a model of a specific location but of course this should not restrict its appeal - you can imagine this building being ideal to represent a village hall, cricket pavilion or scout hut. The possibilities are endless, as they say!
The kit also includes a separate and distinct double-armed semaphore, as per the location, adding appeal to an already appealing model.""
Footprint of the building is 113x100mm
