We welcome you to the new Kernow Model Rail Centre website. For some important information about using our new website read on.
We hope that you will find it easier to navigate (especially on mobile or tablet devices...), find products easier via a powerful search facility, a fresh style latest news section and we now also offer a number of new payment options (including Apple/Google Pay).
One thing we will not do via our new website is bombard you with multiple pop ups or emails.
All the popular gauges are accessible from the top menu and all non gauge specific items such as controllers, DCC decoders, scenery, paints, tools etc. are simply grouped under 'Modelling Essentials'. Use the filters to further refine your search.
All the recent latest model arrivals can be found under the 'Latest' menu. If you have placed a pre-order for the any of these arrivals they will be despatched as quickly as we can, if you have used our click and collect option for either of our Guildford or Camborne shops we will email you as soon as the item is ready for collection.
Our KMRC Exclusives are under the 'Exclusives' menu. For all models announced but not yet arrived in stock click the pre-order menu to view and secure your model with no payment up-front and deposit free (there are occasionally some exceptions which must be paid in full at the time of placing your order and these are clearly shown in the product description). You will however need to place orders for pre-order items separately to in stock items. The website makes it clear which items are classed as pre-order.
Other features such as our popular Skrifa/Blog and dedicated Exclusive product information pages will be added and populated in due course.
If you have an existing account with us, it has been transferred across to this new site, you will however, for security, need enter your email and use the code then emailed to you to enable you access your account.
Please Note: We are still transferring your historical order and open orders they will appear in your account in due course. From now on your order history will also include any in shop purchases at Guildford or Camborne as well as online.

We have been rewarding our customers since 2007 and your points yet to be redeemed never expire.
Once you have reached 500 points this is automatically converted to a loyalty credit. You can spend this credit immediately or you can continue to collect points and let your credit build.
If you had Store / Loyalty credit on the previous website this has been converted back to Loyalty Reward Points to the equivalent value for you to continue to be able to use.

The opportunity has also been taken to refresh the look of the KMRC brand with a new logo incorporating the familiar ‘rugby ball’ identify within the full name of KMRC creating in an oval locomotive builder’s plate style.
