Bachmann Europe today announced several new products across its Bachmann Branchline and Graham Farish, ranges. Please remember this is a regular quarterly announcement and most the items announced today should be available during the next three to six months. Graham Farish

Another new diesel locomotive type joins the Graham Farish range with new tooling developed to replicate the Class 20/3s for the first time. Completing a quartet of new diesel types in N scale for 2026, the Class 20/3s follow the launch of the Class 23 ‘Baby Deltics’ by EFE Rail and the Class 37/7 and Scottish Class 20/0s by Graham Farish earlier in the year; the latter lending its new chassis, which brings sound to the Class 20 for the first time, to the Class 20/3 project.
For the steam enthusiast there are new versions of the award winning Graham Farish model of the Stanier 8F, and three new models of this iconic locomotive will be available, each with optional SOUND FITTED. Another Midland machine, the Fairburn Tank also makes a return with a further model added to the pair that were announced several years ago, and that will now be arriving this Winter.

Bachmann Branchline

New tooling for Bachmann Branchline comes in the form of the BR Mk1 NKA ‘Super GUV’ adding to the wide range of vehicles already made by Bachmann for those wishing to replicate mail trains. The new Super GUV is made from All New Tooling and replicates the vehicles that were created by modernising redundant GUVs in the mid-1990s for mail services operated by Rail Express Systems, later passing into EWS ownership.
The all-new Class 08 and 09 Diesel Shunters that first arrived last year are back in a selection of liveries, from the legendary BR Green with Wasp Stripes to more recent schemes like EWS and RSS. Boasting a market leading specification with high fidelity mouldings, intricate detailing and packed with technology, every Branchline 08 and 09 incorporates a full suite of lighting, Bach-Up stay alive system and a pre-fitted speaker. SOUND FITTED options are also available along with the ultimate shunter – our SOUND FITTED DELUXE models that include the Bachmann Auto-Release Coupling System, providing handsfree DCC uncoupling at the press of a button

Completing the Branchline lineup is the Class 31, which returns in two new colour schemes, the BR Blue of 31135 with its distinctive yellow ends that wrapped around the cab side windows and 31112 which wears BR Engineers Grey & Yellow but with Transrail branding added on top. Further OO Scale rolling stock releases this Winter include further BR Mk1 designs with the Horse Box and CCT both coming back into stock, along with the popular VEA ‘Vanwide’ which will be welcome news to modellers of the BR Railfreight era.

Scenecraft
It’s the end of an era for Scenecraft buildings, at least for this range as we know it because, after almost two decades, Winter 2026 sees the final instalment of new buildings and accessories from the brand.
Possibly the most prolific building company in Britain, Scenecraft has produced maybe half a million or more models of miniature buildings and structures.
Today’s announcement includes new models for N Scale including the GWR Standard Station, the Newsagent Platform Kiosk and a final trio of Low Relief shops. Popular models like the House Under Construction and the Red Star Parcels Office return in both N and OO Scale, the latter also welcoming back handy accessories like the Rail-Built Buffer Stops and the Colour Light Signal.
Whilst there are no new announcements for the range today, the Scenecraft range of Figures continues in production and further new figure packs are currently in development for announcement in the future, alongside further production of the current range.
