The locomotive’s first British Railways allocation was to March shed. While at March, in 1948, the locomotive was renumbered as ‘90763’. On 26th March 1950 ‘90763’ was allocated to 68A Carlisle Kingmoor with a move to 36A Doncaster on the 17th May 1952.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eA few reallocations for the engine followed, these being to 65F Grangemouth on 6th September 1952, 68A Carlisle Kingmoor on 1st November 1952, 6F Bidston on 15th August 1959 and finally back to 12A Carlisle Kingmoor on 2nd July 1960.
